Job Description

1. OHS Systems Administration

  • Preparing OHS reports include collecting information, compiling and analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing / formatting reports to support the OHS team with the information to assist in their decision-making.
  • Providing administrative support to the OHS team in the areas of data entry, formatting, bulletins, alerts, memos, purchasing, financing and OHS promotion programs.
  • Supporting the OHS team with calendar management/scheduling, conferences and travel arrangements.
  • Organizing materials and logistics for internal and external meetings; recording and preparing meetings minutes and tracking actions.
  • Tracking progress towards meeting OHS objectives and targets.
  • Supporting the development and maintaining presentations, OHS communicatation materials.
  • Determining, establishing, and maintaining administrative policies and procedures related to Controlled Documents and electronic workflows.
  • Performing other related duties and/or activities core to the OHS team’s success as requested.

2. OHS Enforcement Officer

  • Review all violation cards for validity of violations
  • Maintain database / records of violations
  • Attend all labor disciplinary settlement process at various sites
  • Understand in detail SCC-VN Labor Disciplinary settlement agreement
  • Have in depth knowledge of SCC-VN OHS system

3. CSM Pre-qualifiication of all INSEE Contractors and Third Party Service Providers 

  • Verification of the Contractor’s information provided in the pre-qualification process, checking  documentation, references including visiting the Contractor’s premises as and when necessary to evaluate Contractor’s systems and worksites when required.
  • Monitor CSM status of all Contractors & variance tracking.
  • Take a part in formal CSM auditing program

Job Requirement

1. Educational Qualifications:

  • OHS qualifications VN or International – preferable but not necessary

2. Relevant Experience:

  • Previous experience necessary, preferably with MNC. 3-5 years, but not necessary

3. Leadership Competencies

  • Punctual
  • Planning & organization skills
  • Practicable / Logical / Teamwork
  • Approachable / good communicator in both English & Vietnamese
  • Professional
