Job Description

- Work location: Khu CN Hiệp Phước, Nhà Bè, TP.HCM

Main Duties :


1. Business Partnering/ Reporting 

  • Variance analysis including reviewing monthly results and providing detailed analysis and explanation for management, review and challenge actual performance, identifying key variances and may suggest potential opportunities and actions to rectify and poor performance
  • Provide financial decision support to site management for manufacturing projects and improvements

2. Business planning and forecast

  • Work with the business operational cost centre managers in preparing FinPlan, Budgets & Forecasts and that the information submitted is on time, accurate.

3. Month-end closing task

  • Ensure financial activities for the site are accurately recorded and on time (accuracy of cost transaction)
  • Prepared accrual, other nessary booking entries for closing the book.

4. AP task

  • Support payable accountant to handle document payment per month (checking document that receive from relevant department to make sure it comply with payment conditions, then send to HO for next steps)
  • Follow up and solve pending documents
  • Issue all non - cement invoice at plant.
  • Mapping cement invoices & update cash book

5. Others task

  • Support stock-taking monthly, mid year and year end
  • Others task assigned by plant manager, line manager, related section
  • Working closely (if need) with other team in annual auditing and tax finalization

Job Requirement

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance & Accounting
  • Good English communication
  • Good using Microsoft office

2. Relevant Experience

  • At least 3 year experience in the same position.
