Job Description
1. Drive for Result
- Assist in pushing sales by promotion driven activities, execute trade promotion activities
- Develop trade promotion activities from proposal, implement, follow up, evaluation to payment.
- Communicate in a united and synchronous way all promotion mechanism execution across all regions.
- Responsible for planning, implementing & monitoring POSM, tours, events (if any) in all regions
- Responsible for all merchandizing items according to brand guideline.
- Ensure INSEE Brand image and brand visibility at point of sale & compliance
2. Customer centric
- Visit RTLs get customer insight about top of mind, decision marker, demand, pricing, volume, survey trade promotion of INSEE and competitors.
- Building closer relationship with Retailer (RTL) & Official Distributors (OD) by trade promotion and engagement program.
3. Innovation
- Innovation for trade promotion based on customer insights
4. Analysis skill
- Make market analysis report to provide and analyse data, find out solution and recommend proposal to develop market.
5. People
- Join projects & support team
Job Requirement
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Business, Marketing, Economy, Trade, International Business, Finance
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Trade Marketing experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to work under time constraints
- Time management/ Communication skills
- Planning skill & Project management
- Adaptability
- Result & Details oriented
