Warehouse Superintendent 

- Work location: Kiên Lương, Kiên Giang

1. Warehouse operation

• Control smooth warehouse operation and processes: Good receipt, Good issue, Good transfer, Stock control, Refurbishment, Scrap management, Obsolete review, accurated Master data, Reservation …
• Ensure smooth of operation all of consignment items from vendor.
• Responsible for data accuracy inputs to SAP including timely Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issues (GI)

2. Inventory control 

• Optimized inventory to ensures that the materials are available at the right time to guarantee plant reliability, and have a positive impact on optimizing net working capital levels (NWC)
• To ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management to include space allocation, stock transfer and dealing with non-confirming goods.
• Working closely with the Planning department to ensure adequate stock levels.

3. Physical stock take

• Implementation, full support and ensuring accurate and periodic cycle counts or full count of stock takes by comply with:
  • PL-GR-07_Inventory Policy.
  • Inventory Management Guidelines.
• Reviews and approves results, perform root cause analysis, install corrective and preventive actions

4. Compliance

• Support the implementation of inventory management and related policies and procedures through training and communications
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

5. People management and development

• Develop KPIs for subordinates and control implementation
• Develop and implement multi-skills training program
• Develop and execute succession plan and IDP for key staff
• Coach and transfer professional knowledge and experience to the team

6. Warehouse projects

• Make sure all reports what are requested by superior will be completed as due date.
• Take a part in warehouse projects to improve warehouse operations and situations

1. Educational Qualifications

• University degree or colledge preferred major in logistic, supply chain, technical, accounting, economics or above.
• Capability to communicate in English.
• Knowledge in SAP.
• Microsoft office skill (Word, Excel, Power Point, …).
• Knowledge ISO system.

2. Relevant Experience

• 3+ years warehouse management or related experience. Supervisory or Lead experience preferred.
• Understanding and knowledge of mechanic, instrumentation and electric.
• Statistical, organizational and leadership skill.
