Mô Tả Công Việc
CUSTOMER INFO SYSTEM SPECIALIST
- Work location: District 4 - HCMC
- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Ensuring correct and accurate usage of existing report data sources – including design and execution of data preparation activities to support analytics and insight needs.
- On-going maintenance of dashboards or reports that have been commissioned to key stakeholders.
- Work with various teams to understand the scope and needs for data analytics.
- Coordinate with other departments to support all kind of data analyst if required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 1-year of working experience, preferably in finance reporting, market research, data analyst
- University or degree.
- Excellent excel skills, VBA + familiarity with visualization software e.g. QlikView, Power BI.
- Adept at queries data, knowing the queries languages (SQL, R, Python) is an advantage. Experience with big data system(SAP, CRM,…).
- Fluency in English
- Integrity, high responsible, proactivity, and can-do attitude
