1. Providing analysis reports for stakeholders
- Using automated tools to extract data from SAP & other required sources
- Performing large scale data analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
- Preparing final reports for the management using relevant data via provided tools
2. Tracking of department performance
- Conducting regular performance evaluations of all team members and department in general
- Ensuring department commitment through adherence to designed processes
- Improving employee abilities through training/ coaching
3. Procurement systems utilization & support
- Troubleshooting & support users in system defects, incompatibility on daily operation
- Coordinate with regional technical team in any system modification & update
- Upgrade/ implementation projects as assigned
1. Educational Qualifications
- BA degree (major in Accounting or IT is preferred)
- Strong SAP knowledge in general and MM modules in particular
- Proficient in data analyzing (Power query, BI, SQL, …)
- Problem solving / analytical / communication skills
- Good inter personnel skill
- Enthusiastic to support everyone
- Fluent in English
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point…
2. Relevant Experience
- Ability to work in team as to participate in Company and Corporate Projects
- Data analyzing experience at least 2 years
- EU support role
- Work under pressure
