Mô Tả Công Việc

POSITION: COMPLIANCE AND TRAINING SPECIALIST (Experience in Internal Audit & HSE)​

1. Compliance

  • To ensure Quality, Environment, Energy, Health & Safety requirements in System Compliance Management (EcoAssessment, ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO 45001, ISO50001, SEDEX) are understood and strictly followed by all Ecocycle personels in all activities.
  • To actively interact, network with INSEE Group and regional to be updated on standards as well as to multiply best practices to our Ecocycle business.
  • To organize training to Ecocycle staffs on standards complying.
  • To carry out regular reviewing of Ecocycle procedures, auditing for the compliance and following up for the completion of improving actions.
  • Conduct accurate assessments according to the EcoCert system and methodology.
  • To support for internal, external audits (by Corporate, Region,  Group, or customers)
  • Get accurate understanding and interpretation of the questions.
  • Use different sources and ways to extract information - own observations documentation, questioning people
  • Recognize and refer to the right people for feedback.
  • Probe for relevant and precise information with attention to detail.
  • Recognize facts from perceptions and summarize accurately.
  • Participate into various meeting to improve company system compliance
  • Contributing on the various company tools to better manage company system compliance (DMS, SCA, etc.)

2. Training

  • To check the legal requirement on the training of HSE fields of Ecocycle business
  • To coordinate and challenge teams for the most relevant yearly training plan before submitting to HR.
  • To monitor for the implementation and report monthly.
  • Coordinate with sales and trainer to facilitate training for customers if any 

3. Technical support

  • To develop Risk Assessment and Safe Work Instruction for any managed projects and solutions to control risk and plan for safety improvement.
  • To control and ensure strict compliance of execution team to safety requirements and Safe work Instruction at site service jobs.
  • Provide on-going support and consulting in specific and difficult situations.
  • Conduct trainings, workshops and on-the job coaching to develop the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Observe for difficulties and issues in implementation and address them accordingly.
  • Plan with Sales Executive and execute visits, discuss with customers for possible improvement initiatives
  • Support sales team in customers audit requirements related to system compliance

4. Monitoring and Reporting

  • Implement EcoCert system and methodology for regular assessment and control of compliance.
  • Perform incidental investigations, observations, inspections and audits.
  • Identify and acknowledge good practices.
  • Detect issues of non-compliance and impose appropriate consequence management.
  • Investigate root causes of occurring issues and ensure taking corrective and preventive measures with sustainable results.
  • Control quality and reliability of the internal assessment system and make changes accordingly.

5. Understanding overall exernal and overall corporate regulatory landscape of AFR business

  • Recognize and explore AFR-related framework of international and national rules, regulations, directives, standards, guidelines, recommendations and others (waste legislation, co-processing legislation, AFR-related environment and OH&S regulations, etc).
  • Assess existing regulatory framework and identify areas for discussion and potential change .
  •  Develop and implement lobbying strategy to consistenly influence relevant legislation.
  • Explore and understand INSEE policy landscape and AFR-related landscape of general and function-specific standards, policies, directives and recommendations.
  • Recognize related roles and responsibilities.
  • Challenge integrity and consistency of the existing landscape, give feedback and proposals for optimization and update.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical/HSE Engineer graduated (College and above)
  • Recognized OHS certification is an advantage (NEBOSH, College and above…)
  • TOEIC score 700 or equivalent

2. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years experienced in waste management business and/or
  • Minimum 2 years experienced in system compliance auditing (Eg. ISO, CSR)
  • Hands on experience in risk assessment
  • Experience in cement manufacturing is an advantage
  • Experience in OHS&E is an advantage

  • Logical and persuasive to convince others in complying to standards
  • Good planning skills to prioritize tasks according to business requirement
