GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR LEADERSHIP AND YOUNG TALENT PROGRAMS BATCH 2021-2022
The Graduation Ceremony for Leadership and Young Talent Programs 2021-2022 was successfully held on 07 Apr at Liberty Central Hotel.
The ceremony was a tremendous success with 39 Graduates completing our intensive Leadership Programs (Leadership Development Program-LDP, Supervisory Development Program-SDP, Coach The Coach-CTC) and Young Talent Program (Junior Engineer Trainee-JET, Graduate Development Program-GDP). We were honored to welcome Mr. Everardo – Commercial Director, Mr. Bruno Fux – Ecocycle and Sustainable Development Director and senior leaders who came to support and celebrate with us.
The event began with a key message from Mr. Eamon Ginley – our General Director, who shared about the importance of investing in the development of future leaders. The Graduates were present
ed with their certificates, and we had the pleasure of hearing from some of them as they shared their experiences and insights from the Programs at INSEE Vietnam.
We also had the privilege of presenting Individual Awards and Group Special Award to Graduates who had shown exceptional leadership skills and demonstrated significant growth throughout the Programs. The ceremony concluded with interesting moments captured through photos and a celebratory tea break.
Congratulations to the Graduates and their efforts in the learning journey and applying in work. Wish the skills and knowledge from these Programs will accompany the Graduates on their future development journey at
INSEE Vietnam.
