COMPETENCIES FOR INSEE EMPLOYEES

The two types of competencies at INSEE are Core Competency and Leadership Competency.
4 Core competencies: Drives Results, Collaborates & Influence, Customer & Market Focus, Challenges Conventions requiring for every INSEE employee.
This is a set of fundamental behavioral guides on how employees live which is mostly aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, core values.
3 Leadership competencies: Engages & Inspires, Attract & Develop Talent & Build Great Team, Shape Transformational Strategies
This is a set of competencies applied for management levels. For Attract & Develop Talent & Build Great Team as well as Engages & Inspires, both are required for employees who have team or subordinates. Meanwhile, Shapes Transformational Strategies is expected for TML level and above.
