INSEE Competencies have been developed to give employees a clear guide for what is expected of them in terms of their performance that impacts to organization success. This also defines a detailed information on how to access “HOW” for each employee level.
The two types of competencies at INSEE are Core Competency and Leadership Competency.
 
Core competenciesDrives Results, Collaborates & Influence, Customer & Market Focus, Challenges Conventions requiring for every INSEE employee.
This is a set of fundamental behavioral guides on how employees live which is mostly aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, core values.
 
Leadership competenciesEngages & Inspires, Attract & Develop Talent & Build Great Team, Shape Transformational Strategies
This is a set of competencies applied for management levels. For Attract & Develop Talent & Build Great Team as well as Engages & Inspires, both are required for employees who have team or subordinates. Meanwhile, Shapes Transformational Strategies is expected for TML level and above.
