SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE

- Work location: District 4 - HCMC

- Working time: Monday - Friday

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Inbound Coordination 

• Schedule the supply of materials/solid fuel to meet production requirements and optimal stock levels 

• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers to have a comprehended and committed supply plan. 

• Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries 

• Coordinate with plant, terminals’ production, QA and logistic team to ensure raw materials/Solid fuels/ semi-product stocks and equipment availability to meet production volume 

• Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule, take follow up actions in relation to material shortages 

• Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets 

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas of improvement 

2. Reporting 

• Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy 

• Ensure stock model and other IT system (SIPS) that is in place is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required 

• Alert of situations: stock, increasing demand, delivery situation and stock status 

• Make and send rolling materials receiving plan biweekly 

3. S&OP tasks supporting 

• Collect information from related parties Manuf. – Commercial and Supply Chain. 

• Check and validate data, run different scenarios and propose related plans. 

• Work closely with Demand Planner to analyze impact of demand on materials supply and vice versa.  

• Coordinate for better alignment with operation plan. 

• Consolidate meeting presentation. 

• Alert of action-required situations. 

• Follow-up on related action plan from S&OP meeting 

• Issue S&OP minute of meeting 

4. Project management / implementation and other assigned task 

• Project assignments as required, particularly on Supply Chain system and technology 

• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience (ability to perform full-time job in Aug 2022)
• Majors: Open for all 
• GPA: >= 6.5/10 or 2.6/4
• English: TOEIC 450 or equivalent (or pass our English test)
