Job Description

1. Implement sales policies, procedures appropriately to contribute and support the implementation of sales plan & marketing intelligence

  • Operate regional unit to provide & contribute to sales policies & procedures to create method/system to monitor/supervise implementation of plan to organize marketing intelligence

2. Implement sales plan & budget to make sure achieve sales target within regional

  • Make the sales report by monthly, quarterly, yearly to define & follow up action plan in order to achieve sales target.
  • Get support from others to implement sales activities.

3. Manage Sales operation

  • To propose structures in order to achieve sales target of channel section: Volume & net price operation budget & communication control to monitor result against plan & solve problems in the context of customer mgmt.

4. Supervise and lead Sales team

  • Coach and develop staff competencies, encourage them to achieve KPIs, maintain teamwork spirit, to get involved in recruitment and empower staff

5. Manage Sales Channel

  • To develop and propose channel structure, channel initiatives, channel management plan and execute these actions to ensure short term goals achievement and long term trend catched

Job Requirement

1. Educational Qualifications

  • BA Degree – prefer Marketing & Sales major
  • Proven verbal and written bilingual abilities (Vietnamese/English) TOEIC > 650.
  • High degree of computer literacy as a user of Microsoft Office, and computerized planning tools
  • Knowledge of all businesses (Manufacturing, Finance, S&M, HR…)
  • Understand cost and pricing.
  • Basic Economic/Business Planning/Analysis

2. Relevant Experience

  • At least 5 years of experiences in Sales and Marketing
  • At least 3 years in management level
