Job Description

1. Implement Process control and optimization in order to achieve agreed targets as production rate, availability, energy consumption, emission, clinker and cement quality.

  • Analysis process data to find the optimum parameter for operation
  • Coordinate with other department to solve daily operational issue
  • Evaluation process through Kiln/cooler Heat balance and Mills Blevel audit
  • Stabilize material uniformity
  • Implement initiatives, best practices from other Opcos.
  • Implement related CAPEX

2. To have value contribution for mill/kiln shutdown

  • Define task list for major shutdown and monitor progress
  • Commissioning and ensure reliability of equipment after shutdown

3. Contribute for plant yearly cost savings.

  • Use material, spare parts , wear parts reasonably,
  • Cost saving from energy reduction.

4. Support for plant reporting

  • Annual technical report
  • Plant Master Plan
  • Plant management documentation

5. People development

  • Succession plan
  • Organization effectively

Job Requirement

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Technical Engineering background (Major: Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical)
  • Technical University graduated

2. Relevant Experience

  • Cement manufacturing experience (min 5 years) in operation
  • Process audit experience (Heat Balance, Mill audit)
  • International networking experiences

3. Leadership Competencies
