Job Description

POSITION: MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT - KẾ TOÁN QUẢN TRỊ

- Work location: District 4 - HCMC

- Working time: Monday - Friday

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Month-end closing

  • Co-ordinate with Production for PO reconsolidation; functions related and support for month end closing.
  • Monthly accruals/provision entries.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments for any related.
  • Run product costing in SAP system.

2. Reporting/ Analysis / Cost review

  • Use SAP, other tools to prepare reports (P&L and other management reports as requested)
  • Analyze cost variance to point out the gap, suggestion to management for decision making.
  • Coordinate with cost center owner to do cost review and track the result.
  • Prepare waterfall analysis.

3. Stock control

  • Coordinate with sites and auditor for physical stock take

4. SAP and other administrative work

  • Actively study and improve the knowledge of SAP to support others function solving issues.
  • Proactive in driving for issue fixed

Job Requirement

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Finance Accounting.
  • ACCA/CFA/CPA student is preferred

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in finance / accounting in a large, manufacturing environment, more than 2 years experienced in manufacturing industry (major in costing).
  • Knowledge of SAP systems is highly preferred.
