Job Description

1. Develop new segment and sub-segment for Manufaturer and Builder.

  • Co-define with CD & own overall Channel development Strategy for RMX, CPM & Projects (incl. LIP)

2. Develop and push for implementation of Value Added Service & Solution

  • Develop value added service and solutions such as Finance support, Training support, HR support, Technical service,..

3. Maintain & update the positioning of INSEE Solutions in the Manufacturer and Builder segment

  • Update segmenting, targeting, positioning in relevant markets & segments for each solution.
  • Have successful 4Ps for each solution

4. Develop/ Sustain / train value selling approach for INSEE solutions

  • Develop tool kits & trainings for sales team & other stakeholders, incl value based pricing

5. Lead & develop the Segmentation development team

  • Lead team successfully by driving for results, motivating and developing the team

6. Regularly review Bulk business distribution networks configuration + suggest changes

  • New partnerships developments, including co-branding & alliances
  • New logistic set ups

7. Regularly measure & review INSEE's value proposition based on customer centric approach + suggest changes

  • Business processes, practices & systems
  • New Technical Services, Solutions & products
  • Marketing approaches
  • Customers visit

8 Special project 

  • Franchise RMX model (if any)
  • LIP set up and LIP analysis
  • i2i program
  • Assigned projects by Manager

Job Requirement

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Marketing/ Business administration
  • MBA preferred
  • Background or Experience in construction (preference civil engineer in construction/materials) 

2. Relevant Experience

  • Minimum requirement 5 years working experience in Commercial or Marketing role and at least 5 years in construction field
  • Experience in sales/value selling and/or business development, pricing.
  • Experience in building Business Strategy and execution
