Job Description

POSITION: BRAND ACTIVATION EXECUTIVE (TRADE MARKETING)

- Report to: Brand Activation Superintendent
- Work location: District 4 - HCMC
- Working time: Monday - Friday

MAIN DUTIES:
Develop and implement all trade promotion related activities to support Sales team to achieve volume and market share target. 
 
1. Trade Marketing Activities:
• Assist in pushing sales by promotion driven activities, execute trade promotion activities 
• Develop trade promotion activities from proposal, implement, follow up, evaluation to payment.  
• Building closer relationship with Retailer (RTL) & Official Distributors (OD) by trade promotion and engagement program. 
• Communicate in a united and synchronous way all promotion mechanism execution across all regions. 
• Responsible for planning, implementing & monitoring POSM, tours, events (if any) in all regions 
• Responsible for all merchandizing items according to brand guideline. 
• Ensure INSEE Brand image and brand visibility at point of sale & compliance. 
 
2. Understand customer insight:
• Visit RTLs get customer insight about top of mind, decision marker, demand, pricing, volume, survey trade promotion of INSEE and competitors. 
• Make market analysis report to provide and analyse data, find out solution and recommend proposal to develop market. 
• Innovation for trade promotion based on customer insights

Job Requirement

• At least 2 - 3 year experience in Trade Marketing
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat 
• Knowledge in conducting promotion activities/ Pricing  
• Analysis and forecast skill  
• Able to work under time constraints 
• Willing to travel (business trip) 
• Good command of written & spoken English 
• Budget management/ Communication skills
